Trump Hating Shoe Store Employee Facing Stuff Justice After Verbally Assaulting 14 yr Old Trump Supporter (VIDEO)
It’s outright laughable when an individual thinks that they can impose their political beliefs in a company that they do not own.
It’s one thing to try and ask for Sundays off so you can go to church, but it’s something altogether to say that you won’t serve Democrats or Republicans whichever way your loyalties lie.
Companies don’t really care about what way someone votes, they care about if the person that’s walking in the store has money to spend. That’s all they care about.
Which is why when videos like the one you are about to see where employees of a company that they do not have an ownership stake in suddenly decide that they aren’t going to serve a Trump supporter but verbally assault them it makes you wonder what the interview process for their next job is going to look like.
Every time I have been interviewed for a new job they have always asked me why I left my previous one and I cannot imagine having to answer to berating a child for wearing a hat I didn’t like.
A Vans store employee at the Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, Kansas was terminated after saying “f*ck you” to a 14-year-old customer who wore a red MAGA hat into the store.
The incident occurred on Sunday and its aftermath was recorded and posted to social media. In a video, the teenager’s mother confronts the employee, then takes the issue up with the store manager.

“He did nothing to you,” the mother told the employee. “What did you say to my son, to my 14-year-old?”
“I’m sure he’s heard it before,” the employee responded.
“Where’s your manager?” she said. “Let’s go.”
The mother then told the manager that the employee told her son to take off his hat. “Then he said F you to my son. My son said nothing to him, did nothing …”
The Daily Caller reached out to Vans Corporate offices, who responded with a statement.
“Our focus is to provide the best customer service experience,” a Vans Corporate employee told The Daily Caller. “We did let this employee go. He is no longer with our company. The actions and comments from this employee at the Oak Park location is in contrast with our values and beliefs.”
