Poll Reveals The Number Of Americans That Think Illegal Immigration Is A HUGE Problem!
When they say that border security begins at home, they certainly are not kidding.
We live in a world where we have locks on our doors, bouncers at bars and metal detectors at the airport.
We have passwords on our computers and locks on our suitcases. We all want personal security but never particularly think about it too much for the next man; or at least some folks don’t.
Small example to share: about six months ago the neighborhood that a member of my family lives in had a series of what they later found out to be attempted break ins of people’s cars.
Now, nobody got anything stolen and nobody had their car stolen or anything like that but they were able to find out who did it over the course of a couple of weeks.
A guy that lived on the corner who had security camera positioned looking in two or three directions from his house managed to catch the guy on video trying to break into about fifteen or so cars before giving up and driving away.
The guy made the mistake of parking his car on the side of the street where the camera could pick up his license plate.
They ended up finding him later when they reviewed the camera footage from the gate that leads into their neighborhood’s security camera and matched up the plates. Had they not had that gate there to at least get a good look at that guy they would have never found him.
Anyone that so much as has one lock on their door or changes a password frequently wants border security, there are just people that for political motivation refuse to say it.
If you listen to the establishment media, one narrative becomes painfully clear: Enforcing the border is evil, illegal immigration is absolutely great and you’re a terrible person if you say otherwise.
The American people didn’t get the memo. While the left continues to pretend that President Donald Trump is an extremist for sounding the alarm on unrestricted immigration, it turns out that the vast majority of citizens agree with him.
According to an Economist/YouGov survey, a jaw-dropping 93 percent of Americans believe that illegal immigration is a problem.
“A wide-ranging Economist/YouGov survey gauged the level of concern Americans have on the issue to find that only 7 percent of the overall public say illegal immigration is ‘not a problem’; 2 percent of Republicans, 7 percent of independents and even 12 percent of Democrats agree with the statement,” The Washington Times reported.
There are differences in how serious people believe the immigration problem is, but those who shrug off illegal immigration are few and far between.
