Nancy Pelosi’s Daughter Tells The Truth About Her Mom’s Goofy Little Golf Clap! (VIDEO)
If there is one thing in this world that everyone that tries to be respectful of other people should hate it’s when they see someone like Nancy Pelosi be so condescending to President Trump on such a large scale like the SOTU earlier in the week.
That ridiculous little clap that she did instead of actually being halfway decent for a change as if she wasn’t going to be on camera pretty much the entire time just sealed the deal for a lot of people who might have thought “well maybe…” when it came to wanting to think about what she is saying on her part of the argument.
She’s an older version of the snotty rich girl in every single high school movie that’s ever came out and it’s almost vomit inducing.
You would like to think that maybe she’s only been like that in recent years when she has had the disagreements with President Trump because those are her marching orders.
Nope. She has apparently been like that for a good long time and from the mouths of her own children we hear this..
Americans had the opportunity to see the speaker’s disrespectful behavior for themselves when the president finally gave his second State of the Union address Tuesday after it had been effectively postponed by the speaker of the House, who refused to host the president in the House chamber during the government shutdown.
One of the speaker’s more disrespectful moments Tuesday evening even spawned several memes, when Pelosi gave Trump a patronizing clap, ironically after the president called for civility in public discourse.
“(W)e must reject the politics of revenge, resistance and retribution and embrace the boundless potential of cooperation, compromise and the common good,” Trump said.
Pelosi’s “applause,” especially when combined with her facial expression, appeared to reject Trump’s call for cooperation and compromise:
when your man wants credit for changing the toilet paper roll
If there was any doubt that the speaker’s clapping was intentionally rude, a tweet from another Pelosi, daughter Christine, put that to rest.
“(T)hat clap took me back to the teen years. She knows. And she knows that you know. And frankly she’s disappointed that you thought this would work. But here’s a clap,” she tweeted Wednesday morning, adding the hashtag, “#youtriedit.”
